Motivate to Save Millions With Your Story On Thursday July 27, 2017 @ 7pm. @ The International Longshoremen's Association Hall.
"Charleston County Council has apparently chosen to appropriate only 3 of the 14 Million dollars available for better bus service in Charleston next year. With 2 million going to replace buses and only 1 million going into improving service, our half penny sales tax money won't get us bus service as good as we had two years ago before service was cut by 2 million dollars. We're gathering information and preparing to push back against this in the near future. We need to hear from you and others need to hear from us so things like this don't happen.
Join us at 7 p.m. Thursday at the International Longshoremen's Association Hall on Morrison Drive. It is free and open to the public, but organizers say they are most interested in hearing from self-identified Democrats. The Longshoreman's Hall is on the #11, 10 & 20 (Free) Bus Lines.
